The Missoula Conservation District office remains temporarily closed to the public due to ongoing COVID-19…
The Missoula Conservation District will revise Natural Streambed and Land Preservation Act rules (310 Law Administrative Rules) governing the administration of the District’s stream permitting program. The revision will include changing the time frame for an applicant to appeal a Board decision from 15 days to 30 days per HB383 that became law during the 2019 legislative session. A virtual public hearing will be held via Zoom beginning at 7:00 pm on Monday, December 14, 2020, to provide an opportunity for the public to present their views and submit written comments on the proposed rules.
Please contact Barb Kreis at 406-303-3427 or firstname.lastname@example.org for copies of the draft rules or information for participating in the Zoom public hearing. Copies of the draft rules are also available by clicking this Draft Administrative Rules link.
Early submission of written comments via email is highly encouraged. Written comments may also be mailed to Missoula Conservation District, 3550 Mullan Road, Ste. 106, Missoula, MT 59808, but must be received prior to the public hearing to be considered.
