The Missoula Conservation District Board of Supervisors meets once per month. Meetings are most often held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the District office conference room. Meeting dates may change due to holidays, statewide meetings or unexpected circumstances. The District office is located in the USDA Service Center at 3550 Mullan Road, Ste. 106, in Missoula. District meetings are open to the public.
During the meetings, the Board of Supervisors reviews and discusses 310 applications, complaints, existing permits, and issues, along with grants, sponsorships, and additional relevant district business. Please review our calendar for 310 application deadlines and district meeting dates.
PLEASE NOTE that deadlines are approximate may change due to shifting schedules.
DO NOT wait for a deadline to submit an application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed and complete applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.
PLAN AHEAD – We do our best to move complete applications forward as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, complete applications take 30-90 days to process and may take longer to process due to extenuating circumstances.
Meeting agendas are generally posted by the Wednesday prior to the next meeting.
