The Missoula Conservation District Board of Supervisors meets once per month. Meetings are most often held on the second Monday of each month.

Beginning in March 2024, meetings will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Clover Conference Room located on the second floor of the Gerald W. Marks Exploration Center, 1075 South Avenue West in Missoula. Meeting dates may change due to holidays, statewide meetings or unexpected circumstances. District meetings are open to the public.

During the meetings, the Board of Supervisors reviews and discusses 310 Permit applications, complaints, existing permits, and issues, along with grants, sponsorships, and additional relevant district business. Please review our calendar for 310 application deadlines and district meeting dates.

PLEASE NOTE that deadlines are approximate and may change due to shifting schedules.

DO NOT wait for a deadline to submit an application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed and complete applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.

PLAN AHEAD – We do our best to move complete applications forward as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, complete applications take 30-90 days to process and may take longer to process due to extenuating circumstances.

Meeting agendas are generally posted by the Wednesday prior to the next meeting.
